Directions to Consolidated Bonded Warehouses, Inc.

Coming from the West side of town on I-290, I-10 or I-59 take loop 610 south: Follow 610 around to the Almeda exit. The Almeda exit is right past Reliant Park (on the left).

Coming from the North side of town on I-45 or I-59: Take the freeway through downtown to highway 288 (Lake Jackson/Freeport) exit. Take highway 288 down to loop 610 and go west (right) onto 610. Stay in right hand lane. Get immediately off 610 onto Fannin, come up to the light at Fannin and take a U-Turn under the freeway. Come back on feeder to the first light, that’s Almeda.

Coming from the East side of town on I-10, take 610 south: If you’re on I-45 take 610 west. When you cross over highway 288, get over to the right and take Fannin exit. It comes up pretty fast, so be prepared to get over a couple lanes to make the exit. Come up to the light at Fannin and make a U-turn under the freeway and come back on Feeder to the light, that is Almeda.

Once at Almeda:

Come up to the light at Almeda and take a right. Once on Almeda make the first left hand turn. It’s the first break in the median (about 200 yards from the feeder road). Cross over the in-bound lanes of Almeda then over a set of railroad tracks. On the other side of the tracks is a stop sign. Make a slight left turn (not a hard left) that will put you onto Magnet Street. We are on the right hand side of Magnet in the large orange buildings with white trim and white roofs. Pull into gate 2, and check into the little white brick office at the front of the property. All drivers must show a valid photo ID for pick-ups and drop-offs.
